Issue: There is a known issue on Participant Edge Mobile App on limited versions of Apple and Android devices. When users resume activity after extended period of time, error messages are displayed.

Work Around: Close and Re-open the App ; Click Log out ; Sign-in. To avoid re-occurrence, Logout before closing App.

If you are a new participant or you have not setup a username or password, you can do so by "clicking on" Register and filling out all of your login information.
